A bottle capper is a tool used to "crimp" caps onto beer bottles. Cappers come in several varieties with the "wing" capper being the most common. The main disadvantage to the "wing" capper is that it can only cap bottles with the "long neck" design.
Bench cappers do not have this draw-back.
