Until the growth of the American hop industry in the Pacific Northwest, the only Golding hops grown in North America were British Columbia Goldings or BC Goldings grown in British Columbia, Canada. However, it appears that Golding hops are no longer grown commercially in British Columbia. Homebrewers may substitute the English or American versions instead.
