FYI - More Corn Sugar = More Dry. If its too dry you can back sweeten with:<br>
 
lactose ~ 1lb/ 5gal<br>
 
or <br>
 
Splenda 1/3 cup / 1 gal = 1.66 cups / 5 gal<br>
 
or<br>
 
Use less corn sugar
