According to Schlenkerla :
FYI - More Corn Sugar = More Dry. If its too dry you can back sweeten with:
lactose ~ 1lb/ 5gal
or
Splenda 1/3 cup / 1 gal = 1.66 cups / 5 gal
or
Use less corn sugar
