This category encompasses those beers which are traditionally associated with areas outside of the traditional brewing centers of Europe and North America, such as the Tropical Stout commonly brewed in the Carribbean and the Baltic Porter and Russian Imperial Stout which developed based on the demands of beer drinkers in the Baltic states.
