Difference between revisions of "Headspace"

Headspace can mean two things-

1- Space leaved between the top of the wort and the lid of the fermenter, to give space fro the krausen to expand into.

2- The space between the beer and the cap inside a beer bottle, to give space for any CO2 that may come out of solution.
