This [[Category:Hedgerow hop varieties|hedgerow hop]] was developed at Wye as a bittering hop with a better flavor profile than [[Target]].  The result is this recent hop, a sister of [[Pioneer]], which combines strong bitterness with a citrusy, grapefruit character.  It has been quickly adopted by many English craft breweries.
