Current Projects
The malt page is basically done, but further small refinements to the information are welcome.
The hops page is getting there, but more detailed descriptions of many of the American varieties are needed.
The yeast page is partially done, and the White Labs yeast list is complete, but if anyone wants to work on lists for Wyeast or other labs, they are more than welcome.
The wine page is just a skeleton at this time. Any wine making experts willing to work on it would be greatly appreciated.
The cider page is in progress, but incomplete.
The mead page has almost no information, and needs a lot of work.
