The Lubelski hop, sometimes called Lublin after its traditional growing area in the Lublin region of Poland, is a Polish landrace almost certainly derived from Czech Saaz. Lublin is considered noble by some and has a chemical composition and aroma characteristics very similar to the classic noble hops, but is somewhat easier to grow.
