I don't think Back Sweeten is a proper technical term. You will not find it in any text book. I think this is a lazy man's way of say "to add sweetness" or "to add sugar". It sounds like baby talk, not unlike saying "my bad". It should be banned from the brewing/winemaking lexicon.
