Introduction
Wine is an alcoholic beverage made by the fermentation of grapes. Wine made from other fermentables is generally referred to as "Country Wine". Another type of wine is palm wine or toddy. It is made by the natural fermentation of palm sap.
History of Wine
Man has been making wine for thousands of years.
Homebrewing Wine
Making wine is relatively easy, and primarily requires space, time, and patience to be done properly.
