Defiant Brewing Company is a small microbrewery and tasting room located in Pearl River, New York. Founded in 2006 by brewer and Owner Neill Acer. Defiant sells beer by the glass, growler, bottle and keg. Defiant is home to a homebrew club that meets on the first and third wednesdays of each month. Defiant also sells barley and yeast. If anybody needs help with a tricky batch please feel free to stop by we are more than glad to lend a hand. We have a small lab and several eager folks ready to drink homebrew. Cheers!
