Grain in the fields

This is an all American high temperature kilned pale ale malt that can be used as an addition to Pale Ales for improving maltiness and colour.

It contributes malty flavor and golden hues. It can be used as a base malt with careful attention to the enzymatic power of additional grains in the bill.
